The 29th and 9th Foundation, a youth development organization in Louisville, KY that was founded in 2024, by former professional football player Bilal Powell, is bringing their Total Wellness Camp to the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center on August 3rd! This free camp for kids ages 9-14, is designed to promote physical fitness and mental awareness among these campers.

The camp will feature a combination of football drills and a comprehensive combine, aiming to enhance physical prowess while also emphasizing the importance of mental health. A highlight of the Total Wellness Camp is a panel discussion, where experts will share valuable insights on maintaining overall wellness.

As a special bonus, attendees will receive free t-shirts, lunch provided by Chick-Fil-A, and backpacks filled with school supplies at the end of the camp, ensuring they are well-prepared and equipped for the upcoming school year.
