Tickets can be purchased at the KFC Yum! Center box office and ticketmaster.com. The box office is currently open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note the box office at Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center will only be open for ticket sales on the day of the concert. Advance box office sales will utilize the KFC Yum! Center box office.

The Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center is located just 15 minutes from the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport and easily accessible from I-264, I-64, and downtown Louisville.

PARKING

Parking is available for first come and first serve at Lot A located off of Muhammed Ali Blvd for $20.

Management reserves the right to prohibit any item from entering the premises. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search prior to entry or once inside the building.

*Service animals are permitted. 

• All bags are subject to search upon entering the arena. 
• Bags no larger than 14" x 6" x 14" will be allowed for spectators.
• Diaper/medical bags are permitted and subject to search.

Please note this event is cashless. Only debit or credit cards will be accepted. 

Guests can purchase food and drinks, including beer and wine, at the Concession Stand Powered by LG&E KU by the main entrance and throughout the venue at pop-up locations. 

First Aid is located on the north end of the concourse near security. 

The event organizer for this event is not requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry. 

Will call is located on the US Bank Pedestrian Concourse near the main entrance. The Commonwealth Credit Union Ticket Office will open at 5:00 PM on Saturday the 7th.
