The inaugural HBCU National Indoor Track & Field Championships will be hosted at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center on Saturday, March 8, 2025. “We are extremely excited to have worked with our partners to create and host the inaugural HBCU National Indoor Track & Field Championship at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center,” said Sadiqa Reynolds, President and Founder of the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center. “This event embodies everything we sought to do when we built this amazing facility. Hosting events like this is crucial because they provide a stage for athletes to showcase their incredible talent and hard work. For many of these students, opportunities like this are a stepping stone to bigger platforms. We want to elevate and support these institutions, helping the students realize their full potential, while also highlighting the unique and invaluable contributions HBCUs make to the broader collegiate athletics landscape. By hosting this championship, we are not just creating a competition, but a community celebration that honors the spirit and excellence of HBCUs."
