Jou Jou Presents is thrilled to announce “Best Baller,” an exciting new event that honors Louisville’s rich basketball tradition. This competition will showcase local amateur basketball talent as they vie for the title of Best Baller 2024 at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville from noon to 6 PM Saturday, September 7.
“Best Baller” invites boys and girls from public and private middle and high schools in Louisville to compete for top honors. Categories include Best Baller Girl, Best Baller Boy, Best Baller Middle Schooler, and Best Baller High Schooler.
Prizes:
- Best Baller Girl & Best Baller Boy: $150 each
- Best Baller Middle Schooler: $400
- Best Baller High Schooler: $1,000
There is no entry fee for participants. However, those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign an activity waiver to compete. Please note that KHSAA athletes (current high school or middle school basketball team members) are welcome to participate, but are ineligible for monetary awards in accordance with KHSAA regulations.
Additional Event Information:
- Advance Sign-Ups: Basketball players who register in advance will receive priority on the court. Day-of walk-ins will be accepted, but early registration is encouraged. Sign-ups will be accepted until 3:00 PM on Friday, September 6. To register, click here: Best Baller Sign-Ups.
